It is a very good moisturizing cream with sun protection that helps a lot with acne-prone / combination / oily skin. Personally, I didn't get a single pimple while using it. As soon as it ran out and I started using another cream, I started getting them again :/ So yes, it helps, but don't expect it to cure your acne forever. It is simply a very good cream that is worth its money because it does the job, and I definitely recommend it and would buy it again
I bought it upon the recommendation of a dermatologist for acne-prone skin. This cream rubs off very easily, does not absorb easily, and makeup on top of it becomes patchy and looks like it's separating if it's not absorbed. For a morning routine, meaning to go to work, it did not satisfy me. When it runs out, I will replace it with the corresponding effaclar duo cream without SPF along with a sunscreen.
Since I finished my acne treatment, I haven't changed it; it's the best thing I've put on my skin and an excellent base for makeup.
Good day cream for oily skin, don't expect it to eliminate imperfections, it's a daily morning cream with SPF and that's about it. It doesn't work miracles, but it's just fine for summer (not for the beach, of course, for the city).
It is a product worth its money. If you are looking for a sunscreen that does not cause breakouts (acne with clogged pores), absorbs easily, and allows you to apply makeup on top, then this is the right one. Also, it does not leave a greasy feeling on the face even after hours in the heat.
I have had the cream for two days now. I don't feel like it moisturizes my face at all. In some areas where my face is completely dehydrated, the cream does not spread easily at all. Overall, it does not spread easily. It does not leave a matte finish, on the contrary, from the first moment of application, it leaves a shine. It is average in terms of oiliness. I was looking for a cream for oily, acne-prone skin and ended up with effaclar duo+ due to the good reviews and relatively affordable price. It doesn't work miracles on blemishes, but it hydrates without clogging the face, resulting in a significant reduction in breakouts. It leaves a matte finish, which is a must for me, and even after 8 hours, it only shows a slight shine on the T-zone. I haven't found any other cream with SPF that doesn't make my face oily, especially in my case. This one with SPF is perfect for winter when I always hesitate to add sunscreen. In the summer, it is a must-have along with SPF 50 sunscreen. I have also purchased the version without SPF, which I use in my nighttime routine or when I use sunscreen on top. Both are also suitable for wearing under makeup.
Good cream for acne but does not eliminate imperfections. And definitely needs both serum and moisturizer.
I was not satisfied with this cream. It spreads very easily, but after a few hours it becomes greasy and is not a good base for makeup, which slides off my face at least for my combination skin. I have no opinion on its effectiveness against imperfections, as I do not have acne. And the search for a good moisturizer with SPF continues...

I started wearing sunscreen outside of the summer this year, and I started with this cream. I don't have acne anymore, so I don't have an opinion, but it didn't give me pimples (sometimes sunscreens do). It doesn't clog my skin either. For the summer, when I tried it, it definitely protects, but it's a bit heavy, although it still doesn't clog the skin, I'll just look for something more matte.
I had tried it in the past, I left it because I didn't see any difference and I thought due to the hype on TikTok to give it another chance. Besides the fact that every day my face felt like it was burning after applying it in the area around the mouth when wearing a mask, I used it for a month and it actually caused breakouts. They say it is a two-month treatment but these breakouts lasting for a couple of weeks are fine, but not a month. My face got worse and I stopped using it shortly before the end of the tube. It surprises me because it is supposed to not have ingredients that clog pores, on the contrary, it has very good ingredients. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. Also, the company is not cruelty-free.

My two sons, who have teenage acne, have been using it daily for 2+ years. We haven't seen a reduction in pimples, but compared to other sunscreens, it is light, easy to use, and for teenagers who are lazy to apply multiple products on top of each other, it is an excellent solution for protecting against pimples and the sun simultaneously, without causing excessive shine on oily skin.

I have been using this cream for 2.5 years and my face has completely calmed down since the first 6 months. I have had acne on my face my whole life. At first, I thought it was a combination of certain products, but the only thing I haven't changed in my skincare routine is this cream. Any other cream just gives me pimples directly. This one, due to its sun protection, leaves a slight greasiness by the afternoon if you wear it in the morning. It is fragrance-free, I would say. For acne-prone skin (like mine), I consider it the best choice. (During the first six months, I did a thorough cleansing before applying it using the Effaclar gel for oily skin and the Effaclar astringent lotion.)
