The stainless steel frame gives it a beautiful design, it has smart functions (audible notification when the touch panel is covered with towels or utensils, to avoid accidental activation of the stove, lock function to prevent accidents from small children, and of course, LED visual indication for the burners that remain hot even when they are turned off). HOWEVER, the glass-ceramic surface is sensitive, easily gets dirty, and is difficult to clean from salts. Overall, it seems like a very good product, just that its surface needs to be cleaned with a specialized cleaner like all ceramic stoves!

I will focus on the touch function. I have no problem with the rest. If there was a negative rating, I would give it. The function does not exist. Literally. Freshly cleaned with a special cleaner, dry and clean hands (God forbid if there is even a suspicion of being wet), it doesn't work. Simple as that. With gloves or if a towel or paper towel is inserted, everything is fine. The touch function is useless.

I have had it for 5.5 years! Absolutely no problem, only a design issue. I would prefer the larger burner to be on the inside (towards the tiles), so that the oil doesn't easily spill when using a large pan or frying in a pot. Also, the smaller burners could have been different sizes to accommodate various sized cookware.

Although it generally appears as a quality construction, and I am relatively satisfied, the following issue arose.
From the beginning, I noticed that the stainless steel frame and the glass outside the frame of the eye I use heat up excessively. And it heats up to a degree that you can't touch it.
Of course, I immediately called the official dealership and a technician came relatively quickly.
After checking everything, he replied that there is no problem. "All new stoves, because they are built very powerful, heat up so much," was his detailed explanation.
I told him that I have a reservation and if the countertop gets damaged from overheating, I will pursue the company.
After 4 months of use, I don't have any other problem, but I am still concerned about the overheating.

Problematic model even though it is new. In seven months, it had two issues. The first time it showed an E (Error) and didn't work at all. The motherboard was replaced after one month. The second malfunction was just yesterday. It doesn't open at all. Stay away from this model. Dimitris
