The attachment for trimming leaves many gaps and you have to go over the same spot multiple times to get all the hairs. We tried to use the shaver on my son, who, due to his age (17 years old), has not yet developed much hair growth. It didn't even catch a single hair. It was like it wasn't passing over at all. We haven't used the attachment for the nose and ears.
