Well, I don't know where to start. The product is very bad and I regret buying it, as it turns out. Let's start with the negatives that have accumulated over time.
1 - The screen started to look bad after a few months (7-8). Basically, some parts of the numbers are not visible. You have to guess what it says. Is this a 9, 8, or 6? It looks that bad.
2 - The part for oils requires a lot of attention. I bought oil from a home decor store, it fell inside the device without me knowing how, and the plastic base started melting. Even if the oil was of poor quality, the device shouldn't have filled up without being moved. Supposedly, the sponge for oils is meant to keep them in place.
3 - It has 3 levels of steam pressure, and the first two are quite weak, resulting in the moisture falling right in front of it. For example, if you put it on a carpet, the carpet in front will constantly be wet. As a result, the machine detects moisture in the room and you have to set a high percentage for it to work, like 70%. In other words, if you get a similar device, it's better to place it higher or have a fan nearby to distribute the moisture more evenly.
The last level throws the steam further with better results in the room, but it also makes a bit of noise.
4 - It requires caution when moving it. If you hold it by the whole body except the base, you risk flooding the area with water. You can only lift it from the base to prevent the device from opening, and this is easy if it's not filled with liters of water. The handle it has is not convenient for moving the entire device, only the water container. In the photo, the cut above the screen is the point where it "breaks" to remove the container (the entire top part).
The only positive thing I can say is that when it was working at full capacity, it created a lot of moisture in a 30 sqm room. However, the fact that it doesn't function as it did in the first few months is a reason not to buy it, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they want to spend that much money to play with it for a few months and then throw it away.
I don't even know if I will go through the warranty process because firstly, I don't know if they would replace it with melted plastic and a faulty screen (they might blame me for the oils), and secondly, even if they gave me a new one, I would most likely give it to some wedding of a friend I don't particularly like because there is no chance I would keep it.
