Patches without active substances made of loosely woven cotton fabric. Permeable to air and secretions, impregnated with a large amount of neutral ointment so that it does not get removed even with intense exudation. Easily cut to desired dimensions.

The ointment contains

white petrolatum, diglyceride ester of, monocarboxylic and dicarboxylic fatty acids, synthetic wax.

Uses

For general wound treatment, especially for maintaining the elasticity of the surface and edges of the wound, e.g. for extensive abrasions or cuts as well as burns or scalds, in plastic and aesthetic surgery, in nail extraction, in circumcision procedures, etc. For covering the donor and recipient areas in skin grafts and for securing partial thickness skin grafts. They are also indicated for dermatology as well as for patients with sensitive skin or sensitivity to medications.
