Patches without active substances made from loosely woven cotton fabric. Permeable to air and secretions, impregnated with a neutral ointment in large quantities so that it does not come off even with intense exudation. Easily cut to desired dimensions.

The ointment contains

white petrolatum, diglyceride ester from, monocarbonic and dicarbonic fatty acids, synthetic wax.

Uses

For general wound treatment, especially for maintaining the elasticity of the wound surface and edges, e.g. for extensive abrasions or cuts as well as burns or scalds, in plastic and aesthetic surgery, in nail extraction, in circumcision operations, etc. For covering the donor and recipient areas in skin grafts and for securing partial thickness skin grafts. They are also indicated for dermatology as well as for patients with sensitive skin or with sensitivity to medications.
